EV Guide desk assessment, not a first-hand road test. This entry covers the rear-wheel-drive smart #1 Premium with the 66 kWh gross / 62 kWh usable NCM battery, not the shorter-range Pure/Pro or dual-motor BRABUS. Current smart Europe technical data supplies the range, charging, dimensions and storage figures; smart Portugal supplies only the range-level starting price. Carwow praises cabin space, comfort and refinement while flagging the small boot and reversing camera. Auto Express values performance, efficiency and passenger space but criticises infotainment and intrusive assistance. UK prices and tax do not apply in Portugal.
